About me

My path into natural medicine began with my own illness

at the age of twenty.

What initially felt like a personal health crisis became a turning point.

I experienced how disorienting it can be when symptoms are addressed,

yet the deeper context of the person is overlooked.

That experience led me to study the body not only as a system of organs and pathways, but as an interconnected whole shaped by physiology, environment, emotion, and resilience.

Over time, this perspective became the foundation of my work.

I believe that health is not created through force or excess intervention, but through restoring regulation and supporting the body’s inherent capacity to adapt. True medicine requires both knowledge and discernment — the ability to intervene when necessary, and the restraint to step back when the body needs space to recalibrate.

Today, my practice integrates Advanced Natural Medicine with Oncology-Informed Care. I work with individuals facing complex conditions, chronic imbalance, or cancer treatment — always with the intention of strengthening regulation, reducing physiological strain, and creating steadiness within the system.

Patients often describe our sessions as calm and grounding. A space where they feel seen without urgency, and supported without pressure.

My work is not about perfecting techniques. It is about perceiving the person in front of me and offering structured, thoughtful support so that the body can regain stability and functional strength.
