Cancellation & Refund Policy
Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, 50% of the booked service fee will be charged.
Missed appointments without prior notice may be charged at the full session rate.
This policy helps protect reserved treatment times and allows availability for other clients seeking care.
Online Programs & Wellness Packages
Due to the individualized nature of Moonlight Wellness programs, packages, and therapeutic planning services, refunds are generally not available once program materials, assessments, consultations, or preparation have commenced.
If you are unable to continue a program, please contact Moonlight Wellness directly. Solutions may be offered on a case-by-case basis where appropriate.
Unused sessions within a purchased package may be rescheduled according to the cancellation policy.
Refund Policy
All consultations, therapeutic sessions, assessments, and individualized wellness services are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
If a prepaid appointment is cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy, any eligible amount may be transferred to a future booking or refunded at the discretion of Moonlight Wellness.
Packages, programs, and individualized therapeutic plans are non-refundable once preparation, assessment, or service delivery has begun.
If Moonlight Wellness Needs to Reschedule
In the unlikely event that Moonlight Wellness must reschedule or cancel an appointment, clients will be offered an alternative appointment time or a full refund of any prepaid fees.
Every effort will be made to provide as much notice as possible and to minimize any inconvenience.
